Cheltenham Gold Cup Preview The most awaiting race of Cheltenham Festival is set to clash between the Kauto Star and Long Run on the last day of Cheltenham Festival on Friday.

Two times Gold Cup winner Kauto Star is running for the third champion while Long Run is ready to avenge the past two consecutive defeats.

Kauto Star was in doubt early the week after suffering serious fall but back to his best for the race again after intensive physiotherapy work out by trainer Paul Nicholls.

With over £2.5 million of cash prize, Kauto Star is very much in the twilight to perform in front of the 650,000 crowd at Cheltenham.

Meanwhile the defending champion Long Run will be ridden by amateur jockey Sam Waley-Cohen have not been in their very best form so far.

The current odds are favorite Kauto Star at 7/2 and Long Run going at 15/8, both available at Ladbrokes.

It will be a great finale to end the fantastic week at the 2012 Cheltenham Festival.
